16232 dl without issue.  after latest updates, cmd type window randomly pops open second, anywhere on screen, no matter program i'm using. 1 fix refers task scheduler ,  disabling microsoft office, might issue. ms office not on list on task scheduler.   try running msconfig and disable non-microsoft services , disable startup items using task manager. restart , see if issue remains. if gone can check disabled services, or startup items, , enable them 1 @ time try find cause. you run offline windows defender scan ensure not malware or virus related. i on 15002 enterprise , try update 15019. download worked, click on "install now", system reboots , shows installation/upgrade screen. @ 1% stops , after time doesnt show disk activity. hard-rebot brings me 15002... :-/ any ideas??? running new pc, fresh installed 15002 iso... read announcement in feedback hub. read posts here in forum.  many, many. my laptops used 4, 5, , 9 reboots 30-60 minute waits between.  downloads started , completed.  download time can long. after updated lastest build of win10 insider of games don't work properly. mean start, , minor glitches , lag, mouse cursor stays in front of games , when click it, minimizes game click icin of game in tray, opens loads cinematics , menu but again if try click minimizes. tried playing : no man's sky, masters of orion, portal 1 & 2, castle chrashers, magicka, eve online, elder scrolles online, heroes & generals, planet side 2, unturned, mass effect , sniper elite v2. also minecraft runs on lowest setting on 12-15fps i had 100fps on medium settings. games work world of tanks , world of warships lastest update seemed fix me Windows Insider Program / Windows Insider Preview / Windows Update / Phone
