build 16193 supposed have transparency several applications such calculator , that's shown in preview images, feature wasn't present when updated build. how work? on desktop seems transparency working calculator . and top of  photos app has transparency also. make sure have transparency effect turned on in settings/personalization/colors.:) edit: taskbar seems have best transparency.:) Windows Insider Program / Windows Insider Preview / Desktop and Start / PC
