Error Code 800704CF on Win Phone 8.1 MS Lumia - Microsoft Community


on windows phone 8.1 update 2 - ms lumia 640 lte - i error code 800704cf. phone connected internet, can use whatsapp etc., cannot access internet via internet explorer or sync hotmail email account.

have check if have latest version of apps installed on phone?

after checking , updating them (assuming needed to), perform soft reset having phone turned on. press , hold the volume down and power buttons until phone vibrates , restarts.

note: should not touch device screen during process (not when 'slide down power off' prompt appears).
