I can't block phone numbers on Nokia Lumia 635 - Microsoft Community

i have nokia lumia 635 phone. used able block phone numbers feature disappeared no longer able too. know how block phone number feature work again? appreciate response.

it should soft reset.

hold volume down button , power button down until phone vibrates, release.

this takes 10 seconds. ignore the 'slide down...'  

keep buttons held down until phone vibrates.

after phone vibrates can release buttons
