i have problems in my windows messenger i can not see messages friends or not to send a message to friends more seven days i tried to delete , re-install, or just wrote: waiting for network

 do mean facebook messenger app?

facebook (the app developer) has stopped support windows phone 8.1 , older os'ses.

the facebook messenger app supports windows 10 mobile, have upgrade phone windows 10 mobile. (640xl supported upgrading windows 10 mobile)
