Power APP Issue - Microsoft Community

hi,

i new developer of power apps , trying develop survey application in need use 2 tables/entities , using common data service db.

may know how it's possible insert items in multiple tables single power apps form.

second thing need navigate between items using (previous , next buttons) have inserted because per knowledge power apps don't have indexing concept.
