Apps won't open on my phone - Microsoft Community


i have new microsoft 950 xl.

all apps installed won't open after installation.

they keep loading never able launch.

apps include whatsapp,facebook,games,bible etc.

i have reset phone 3 times , updated phone , reinstalled apps issue keep persisting.

hi,

let's start working on checking if there's pending phone software update. check it, go settings> update , security> phone update> check updates.

after updating phone software, suggest perform soft reset. soft reset phone, press , hold power , volume down buttons @ same time until phone restarts.
