Cannot connect to my MS account - build 16199 - Microsoft Community


earlier, windows insider asked me 'fix account'. hit 'fix me' comes 'something went wrong - error code 0x80048103'.

although logged onto surface via ms account, 'your account needs attention' condition occurring in win10 mail & calendar contacted ms support see if help. removed ms account machine in hope reconnect might solve issue. surface wouldn't connect account.

now surface not connected account, assume not updates might solve issue? can me please out of pickle, quite willing go earlier win10 version allow me connect ms account thanks

try creating new local windows administrator account. once logged in new admin account, try switching 1 microsoft account login. maybe there corrupted in local windows account.

another thing try current account first remove references microsoft account windows credentials column of credential manager screen in control panel, mail app, etc. in settings - accounts:
