Contact/People app does not hold open on Windows 10 phone - Microsoft Community


nokia lumia 1520 windows 10 phone (few years old now-have upgraded & updated) has stopped opening contact/people icon on start screen - disappears , fades black.  cannot access phone/contact list @ all.  anyone please?

  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
  • when did issue begin occur?
