Frustrating Program Download Problem - Microsoft Community


reaching out community help.  type transcripts using ftr player program.  worked on 1 day, worked fine, next day wouldn't work.  tried "troubleshoot" program, clicked "repair," , no help.  decided uninstall uninstall feature , reload program.  so, uninstalled ftr, restarted computer, , went ftr site download player program.  end of download , error message says:  "ftr has detected there version running."  well, i've hunted on computer files , see not 1 file remaining.  need program work.  can help?

rebooting computer close open programs , services.. fortherecord.com able tell if program needs special installation or removal instructions.
