Inputting Integers and Decimals into Cortana apps - Microsoft Community

i have apps i'm building uwp in windows 10 , have come across big hurdle cortana integration needs.

"hey cortana, spent $12.90 on gas in tracker."
"hey cortana, ate 90 calorie egg in tracker."
"hey cortana, open bible james chapter 5 in king james version."

can around limitation using phrasetopics in vcd files, using subject type of "phone number." is, if i'm connected internet.

if i'm outside of service area at&t phone (which sharing hotspot laptop running windows 10), i'll "..." input that's phrasetopic, wildcard {*} in search phrases when speech recognition result in app. preferably want apps available offline , not need internet when i'm in places no services.

according msdn docs here phraselist can contain 2000 items, if wanted dynamically generate phraselist every integer value 0-999999 dollars wouldn't work. https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/dn706593.aspx

since it's coming com object i'm not sure how debug , find original raw values are, on cortana side looks it's passing "..." app, , need information otherwise can't integrate cortana want to. there workaround behavior?
