Menu bars are too large - Microsoft Community

hi,

i use laptop 2 additional monitors , utilize 3 screens.  after unplugging laptop use while traveling, plugging docking station upon returning, my address bar, toolbars, menu bars, etc., have increased in size.  not talking font within page, display size, zooming or magnifying, strictly talking address bar, menu bars, etc.  have included screen shot reference.  used "normal" size , taking large portion of screen , driving me crazy because used to, again, be "normal".  how change them without changing of other settings on display.  never used problem know can done. 

my current settings follows:

laptop display 1: resolution 3000 x 2000 / 200%

monitor display 2: resolution 1920 x 1080 / 100%

monitor display 3: resolution 1920 x 1080 / 100%

advanced settings: title bars, menu bars, etc., on all, set 9 "text size"

if change percentage on laptop display other 200% makes font , menus miniscule , cannot read them.  change monitor views messes laptop view.  use 3 screens , run design software program need higher resolution in order of menus appear. 

any appreciated.  have tried , sure there easy way have lost noodle trying figure out.

with nothing scale, can't tell how large your ie toolbar is. can go
