Persistent message each time I sign in on my PC - Microsoft Community


got new smartphone.  since activated it, every time sign in on windows 10 pc account, message under heading of microsoft account: "you need fix microsoft account apps on other devices able launch apps , continue experiences on device."

can't find clarification anywhere on topic , far i'm not having trouble launching apps on either phone or pc.

message mean?
