problem with camera - Microsoft Community


my camera , selfy when opened show green background only,why happening

hi rahul,

there chances previous apps opened didn't closed properly. soft reset phone holding volume down button , power button simultaneously till phone vibrates , turns off. turn off running apps, afterwards, check again if camera work's fine now.
