Unable to install update in my windows phone - Microsoft Lumia 640 - Microsoft Community

i'm using microsoft lumia 640 couple of year , loved :) received update(windows 10 creators update 10.0.15063.297) phone , usual proceeded that. said 413.48 mb of internal space required continue. 

after cleaning around 600 mb it continued updates, trouble started started displaying complete update installation need 1.05 gb of internal memory i'm not able achieve.

when checked internal space observed onedrive, onenote , word app had occupied 500 mb of internal space. evenafter logged out onedrive , onenote still memory didn't reduced , i'm unable proceed. 

all other app downloaded store uninstalled except above mentioned app. kindly request reduce memory consumption of onedrive , onenote.

when try install update today, gave me below error code "0x8024a111", request @ earliest.

since have tried removing unnecessary app , files, best perform hard reset. the system & reserved , apps & games storage consume lot of space on phone can reduced doing said method. take note hard reset erase files stored on phone including applications, text messages , media files. please ensure back stuff onedrive avoid data loss.

to perform hard reset, go settings > about > reset your phone. screen have message prompt asking if sure want reset phone. process may take while complete.

don't hesitate ask community if need more help.
