0x80070002 - The system cannot find the specified.nokia software - Microsoft Community

 i can't install nokia software recovery tool installer v6.3.56.

0x80070002 - system cannot find specified. please help.

just check, have tried performing hard reset on phone after encountering error?

we suggest hard reset following these steps:

1. press , hold the volume down 

   
    and power 
   
    buttons @ same time until feel vibration (about 10-15 seconds).

2. when feel vibration, release buttons, , press , hold the volume down 

   
    button until see large exclamation mark.

3. once exclamation mark appears, press following 4 buttons in order: volume up 

   
   , volume down 
   
   , power 
   
   , volume down 
   
   . phone should reset , restart itself. (it might take while reset finish.).

note: similar using device recovery tool, hard reset delete files on phone suggested files on phone must have back-up before attempting this.
