16212.1001.rs_iot.170531-1800 (UUP-CTv2) - Microsoft Community

my 2 fast-ring lumia phones (lumia 950 xl, , lumia 950 xl ds) have been running build 10.0.15215.0 while,  , have both downloaded new preview build: 16212.1001.rs_iot.170531-1800 (uup-ctv2). 

a iot build phone? strange.

one phone has rebooted, stuck in endless reboot loop: displays colored flag microsoft logo short time, reboots, ...

the second phone asking required reboot start update process i'm hesitant push "restart now" button after experience first phone. 

anyone else seeing strange build , behavior?

edit (a few hours later): i've recovered l950 using wdrt. microsoft, why has wdrt install such outdated build, forcing through time-consuming sequence of several update cycles? why can't publish latest release build (creator's update) wdrt fetch? why?

don't install it

i in endless reboot loop, seen on 2 different 950 xl's

not sure fix this.
