Cannot download watsapp lumia 640 - Microsoft Community


hi bought lumia 640 , have tried install watsapp store.  app starts installing point after stops , indicates attention required. once tap on action button following message appears:

"there has been problem completing request.  try again later.  tis error code may helpful 810301d"

i have soft reset phone holding power , volume button no luck advise
