game problem on lumia 550 - Microsoft Community


whenever play game , later close app phone hangs everytime  ! tried two

apps same issue..confused ��!! help

hello,

it seems lumia device isn't working expected. let's work out providing following information:

  • what's os build installed on phone? check, go settings > system > about > more info.
  • when did issue start?
  • where apps installed?
  • have tried troubleshooting steps resolve issue? if none, can perform steps on article if device not responding expected. make sure create backup of files, apps , settings before proceeding avoid data loss.
