Getting recovery key for Lumia 640XL with absolutely NO MEANS OF - Microsoft Community


not there somewhere in country there may microsoft tech expert solve recovery key dilemma instead of disposing phone ?

i'm not sure particular issue (you did not explain problem was). said i'll start basics may not have tried.

when setup device assume turned on reset protection in case phone lost or stolen.

you can go https://account.microsoft.com/devices

find device , click on recovery key

once recovery key, reset protection turned off. phone won't protected , can reset without account.
