installing Explorer 11 on Win7 64 bit : where is the complete - Microsoft Community


for more year now, upgrading explorer 9 11 on win7 64 bit pc appears impossible because installation programs stops , asks me install first update. directed site pre-requisite upgrades installing explorer 11 none of proposed upgrades accepted (neither 32 or 64 bit version).

where can find full package installs explorer 11 directly , without need go through update process first, not work ? stuck explorer 9 no longer supported.
