lumia 640 issues i cant download apps from windows store or upload - Microsoft Community


have been having issues download apps. there windows store tile on start screen, cant apps want, amazon app, had , disappeared. sister has same microsoft lumia 640 phone , has amazon app. why cant download things does? tried going windows store, when press install says phone cant install app. have no clue whats wrong, when i'm on social media can not upload pics, have go pictures upload way. needless say, think i'm computer illiterate! cant upload pic windows acct on here! i've had phone 2yrs , having issues!

have 8.1, know if windows 10 more beneficial 8.1. downloaded earlier in year, wasn't able use at&t internet cell service , unable upload pictures share via messenger, sms, social media, etc. thank help!!
