Microsoft phone contacts not syncing - Microsoft Community


after long ordeal solved 1 of msa techs, able working msa (as previous 1 changed office 365 account , broken microsoft , email isp collectively).  but contacts still not syncing phone people.live.com.  they synced initially, once, new contacts not show @ people.live.com.  i've dredged through of support literature available regarding nothing relevant, except few of these posts i've seen "technician has made few changes account," i'm hoping outcome.
