nokia lumia 930 has frozen has happened second time have no idea how fix home buttons not working won't let me turn off or restart waited until battery ran out , put on charge still frozen before ran out of charge still let me move objects on screen not

for resolve issue, suggest perform soft reset. soft reset same thing pulling battery (on devices where that possible). method not remove @ phone , safe attempt in problem situation.

press , hold volume down and power button until phone vibrates , restarts. note should not touch device screen during process (not when 'slide down power off' prompt appears). after performing soft reset, try check if issue persists.
