Outlook for Windows 10 Mobile sync problems (it doesn't sync - Microsoft Community

i updated lumia 640 windows 10 couple of weeks ago. updated system , every app on phone. outlook app working properly (it synced mails scheduled no matter if used cellular data or wi-fi - use wi-fi rarely) until 1 or 2 of may. app syncs mails 1 out of 3 accounts (every 1 hour scheduled). before synced mails every account properly. noticed because mails should synced every 1 hour, , 2 accounts showed information "updated 8 hours ago".

i tried following steps (they didn't work):

• deleted accounts , added them
  
• updated outlook app (i got update yesterday, version is: 17.8126.42378.0)
• deleted accounts , added them again
• changed syncing frequency (i chose options "automatic" every x hours)
• i restarted phone after every step (tuned off , on)

what work turning wi-fi on. after automatically syncs incoming mails, nothing else happens. when delete mails (imap) doesn't affect online account should be. sync mails shortly after turning wi-fi on. during next hours doesn't sync e-mails. when sync manually (rounded arrows @ bottom menu) syncs mails through cellular , wi-fi well, doesn't sync imap folders (when deleted mail on phone deleted on mail server - stopped working).

regarding concern syncing email messages, appears found workaround involves manually syncing them.

since still having issues syncing email, make make windows mobile better submitting concern using feedback hub app. app built-in windows 10 mobile , can accessed via app list menu or pressing , holding volume down + power buttons 2 3 seconds.
