<p>i facing many issue lumia 535.</p><p>photo app crashing instantly</p><p>music , video files showing error " sorry cannt play file @ moment. try again later"</p><p>its been more 1 week havnt found solution.</p><p></p><p>i dnt want buy android phone </p><p></p><p>plz help</p>

    check it, go settings> about> more information.
  • was there recent changes made on phone?
  • are getting error message/s when trying send media materials?
  • have tried perform soft reset? here's how: soft reset.
