Picture loss on my Nokia Lumia phone - Microsoft Community


my  nokia 735 phone not keep photos take , uploaded 1 drive, blank box left on phone, have nokia 520 phone , problem not happen on phone.

any idea's how fix problem, i've reset phone & 1 drive. no luck ?

phone's software issue. latest os build version may not installed on phone. resolve this, please answer following questions:

  • which windows version running on phone?
  • are getting error message or code?
  • have tried removing sd card, put in again?
  • how did reset phone?
