Build 16193 and Windows Boot Quirks - Microsoft Community

after installing build 16193, computer started load boot screen twice.

before build 16193, had this:

power on computer -> windows boot logo , rotating circles ( 4 5 seconds duration ) -> lock screen -> user account

after build 16193, have this:

power on computer -> windows boot logo , rotating circles ( 4 5 seconds duration ) -> momentary black screen -> windows boot logo , rotating circles ( 4 5 seconds duration ) -> lock screen -> user account

for information, desktop computer , windows uefi install on ssd gpt partitioning.

gfx card nvidia gtx 1050 ti 4 gb dedicated ram. driver windows update version 382.13 ( 22.21.13.8213 ) , wddm 2.2.

does else have same phenomenon ?

few of earthlings love know if need in regard. momentarily black screen can considered issue, , may want know how affects experience new system.
