Desktop display issue on 16199 - Microsoft Community


curious if else seeing problem.

twice when boot pc desktop icons

are moved liked resolution has changed, which

it hasn't.

also, taskbar icons, except windows one,

are pin head size.

if restart pc returns normal.

this on build 16199 , started today.

turn off fast start under power settings , see if problem resolved, found called fast start has caused issues systems, , problem everytime new build comes out ms turns on.
