Internet Explorer / Edge / Smartscreen detecting our website - Microsoft Community


hi all,

i'm operating website www.coachingassembly.com.

works fine chrome, safari, firefox etc... when internet explorer , edge considering being unsafe. filled form many times signal microsoft owner , never got answers.

i contacted microsoft support team never managed give guidance if it's wrong on our side.

would have idea reason , how solve it?

with regard concern, can correct warning on legitimate site on internet explorer. you can submit request correction. smartscreen filter has built-in, web-based feedback system in place customers , website owners report potential false warnings possible. in windows internet explorer, red warning, click more information report site contains no threats. take feedback page can indicate site owner or representative. follow instructions , provide information on site submit site review.

to report feedback internet explorer download manager, right-click on blocked download , choose report file safe. take feedback page.

once dispute submitted, team of graders inspects site in question. disputes should submitted through website reporting process ensure quickest resolution.

as individual user, can add own list of trusted sites , turn smartscreen filter off trusted sites zone.

  1. from internet explorer tools menu, click internet options.
  2. in internet options dialog box, click security tab.
  3. click trusted sites icon, , click sites button.
  4. in trusted sites dialog box, enter website url in add website zone box, , click add. close box.
  5. click custom level... and select disable under use smartscreen filter. may have scroll through several items.
  6. click ok.
  7. click yes on pop-up message.
  8. click ok.
