internet explorer has stopped working.  a problem caused program stop working correctly.  windows close program , notify if solution available.  i have searched web solution , nothing seems work , obvious microsoft in no hurry fix problem.  i running web based electronic health records , during charting message pops periodically.  i running windows 10 , explorer 11.  is there out there?
