Livezilla overlay chat window cannot rise up in IE11 - Microsoft Community

i didn't find forum ie issue, so i posted my question on https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/forums/en-us/89254051-1d07-4c51-bc16-80ace5d8c75e/livezilla-overlay-chat-window-cannot-rise-up-in-ie?forum=iewebdevelopment last month.

i installed livezilla on zen cart test site (http://angelcorp.net/test/). it works great in chrome , firefox, , ie9 (i tested few days ago). overlay chat window rise when clicking chat starting base @ right bottom of screen.

but ie11, when clicking chat button, on web pages fewer contents (http://angelcorp.net/test/index.php?main_page=index&cpath=51), overlay chat window rise half way; on pages more contents (http://angelcorp.net/test/index.php?main_page=page&id=1), overlay chat window sink down , disappear.

since majority people using ie11, there codes applied ie11 fix deficiency? thank you.

according support provided @ iedevelopment forum, issue livezilla (third-party) software (server side browser detection). forums in english convenience. http://forums.livezilla.net/

you force ie use lower emulation mode x-ua header, break else on site.
