day all, in south africa can have microsoft lumia 950xl repaired accidentally smashed display. contacted microsoft offices in south africa , said mobile devices have been discontinued , support on these devices cancelled. now? please help!?

it's bit late worry backups now.

contacts, calendars, mail, onenote notes (and more) sync'ed microsoft account @ outlook website, hopefully, , may have set pictures , videos backup phone onedrive?

in web browser, sign in microsoft credentials use on phone:
https://outlook.live.com/

(access onenote, onedrive, people etc. checkerboard icon in top bar).

with bit of luck, if did not set screen lock pin, remove sim card (to avoid sim pin request) , connect phone pc via usb data cable. if phone starts , connects pc, copy need pictures, video , documents folders.
if files stored on sd memory card put in card reader on pc.

i hope sorted out, 1 way or other.
