Microsoft Edge wont open - Microsoft Community


having problems trying use microsoft edge. every time try , launch browser opens, , 5 or seconds later closes down having displayed blank screen during time. working fine quite while seems happened couple days ago , of sudden wont work. have tried of trouble shooting have been able find online, none of has helped.

  • have made changes computer prior issue?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
  • did error messages?
  • have tried using web browser , see if still encounter issue?
  • have tried using windows app troubleshooter , see if still encounter same issue?
