MPOW wolverine and Sony xbt950bt Bluetooth speakers not discover-able - Microsoft Community


i using mpow wolverine bluetooth headset , trying connect windows 10 pc , windows 10 phone(i have phone lumia 640 lte runs windows 10). 

i not able see bluetooth device in search list. looks not discoverable. case sony xbt950bt bluetooth headset. can't see in pc , phone.

i have pc runs windows 10 , can see these bluetooth speakers on them either. not sure pcs phone shows has bluetooth 4.0 version , headsets bluetooth 4.1. reason? came know bluetooth versions backward compatible. 

please suggest if there way solve problem. facing issue or windows developer having idea on aspect, please give suggestions.
