Recovery Key - Microsoft Community

away 8 month came , phone worked fine. when phone updated said needed reset protection recovery key. never activated feature , account went bunk. want phone unlocked can enter new account.

using reset protection 1 of options accepted along few others when phone first starts up.

don't know mean account going bunk needed key. can not enter new account until key used. time phone ask key following phone reset.
