Runtime Broker keeps trying to access Downloads folder after turning - Microsoft Community


after turning on controlled folder access in windows defender on build 16232 keep getting notified runtime broker trying access downloads folder constantly. solution dig through , allow it. 

same here. . .  don't know why trying access folder.
