volume control issues - Microsoft Community
hi have received laptop after having touchscreen replaced , have noticed volume control not functioning expect or should. example if watch video on facebook can control volume volume control in playback window? can use volume control buttons on laptop , volume slider appears , changes makes difference mute 2 after no louder shows working. means if playback window volume goes max @ level 2 on volume control blasting out @ max. have run trouble shooter , looks ok, great thanks.

there volume control icon on facebook webpage viewing (looks speaker icon on bottom of video elements.... move mouse on bottom of video frame display built-in controls). eg.... may watching video on tab on ie, video's volume control set 50%, , windows volume control set 50%.... net effect net audio (gain) output 25% (50% of 50%)
avoid confusion, if possible please include full address (copied browsers' address bar) of website/page having problems questions... enable visit exact same web page tests , perhaps give better answer.
