Windows 10 Insider Preview 16176.1000 (rs_prerelease) - Error - Microsoft Community


i keep getting when try update computer:

there problems installing updates, we'll try again later. if keep seeing , want search web or contact support information, may help:

windows 10 insider preview 16176.1000 (rs_prerelease) - error 0x80070002

i have tried blog has me deleting line in registry.  it worked current build, on 16176.  i have disabled norton , doesn't work.  i have tried of stuff suggested earlier builds.

my surface pro 3 downloaded , installed without problem.

had remover norton , did not help, after running update trouble shooter, fixed problem.
