Windows Lumia 640 update to Widows Phone 10 - Microsoft Community


hi,

i have tried update lumia 640 windows 10 using upgrade advisor without success. app says : windows 10 upgrade not available phone right now. trying determine if phone can support windows 10. have tried delete files , hard reset , there no changes.

 

is there solution problem?

model : microsoft lumia 640 dual sim
carrier : cee area sw variant

software : windows phone 8.1 update 2

os version: 8.10.15148.160

had same problem guess trying update without inserting sim card, should insert sim card login microsoft account in device , open upgrade advisor work.
