16215 sign out - sign in critical errors - Microsoft Community


i open start menu , click on 'proportional to' symbol has been rotated 90 deg (for reason), click on 'sign out'.

i sign in again, me means entering 4 digit pin number. sign in takes me desktop , nothing appears wrong. however, if in event viewer or view reliability history, see 2 critical errors have occurred @ time of entering pin.
note - not occur sign in during normal boot sequence.
