Adding my Lumina 950 XL as a device on my home network - Microsoft Community


i want add windows phone lumina 950 xl device on home network - can find nothing  online regarding this... do-able?  if do-able need specific instructions on setting up, connecting , reconnecting need.

is 3rd party app required?  3rd party apps enable function? how work ??  has used ??  has been tested 3rd party verify functionality?

i can't add home network too. but, why need it? i've read somewhere ms doesn't see reason why need it.
