Build 15031>rs2_release.170204-1546 - Microsoft Community


upgraded build 15031 , rendered windows unusable folows: log windows interface frozen. when try access windows start button frozen , if click on message: application not responding. program may respond again if wait. want end process. repeating process or waiting respond not solve it. tried restoring windows or going previous build don't have network support either.

can fixed @ all?

to address concern, suggest start computer in safe mode , run dism tool. start system in safe mode,  refer link. 

let know how goes.
