Can't restore lumia windows phone 8.1 after reset! - Microsoft Community


after resetting phone option restore asks last 4 digits of phone number restore??

????????????

so put in 4 digits , asks code. !!!!!!

bit won't let me go text there code have select "not now".

i tried back, tried windows button , , tried holding down , not let me go text code

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

now have no idea how restore previous backup!!!!

how can this?

is gone? 

is on written reset phone's backup?????

regarding issue on restoring files on phone, recommend try repeat process of restoring files backed files still there. time though, give time code set phone.

let know how goes.
