why difficult....i want favorite bar @ top...internet edge not easy friendly

so, assume you're talking windows 10 , microsoft edge?

if so, there 2 steps things show in horizontal favorites bar

• enable favorites bar feature
• move favorites in favorites bar

most people use horizontal favorites bar used favorites... , not attempt put entire collection of favorites there.  instead, "big" list of favorites remains in vertical favorites pane.

so, open vertical favorites pane normal way (via "hub" icon... 3 little lines), expand folder called "favorites bar", , move few favorites there.  special folder mirrors horizontal favorites bar.  so, put there show both in vertical favorites pane , in horizontal favorites bar.
