Insider Program 'Get Started' button is not working - Microsoft Community

the windows insider program 'get started' button not working. pressed number of times, logged on website pops up, got "welcome windows insider program" email, nothing changing on system. nothing gets me past 'get started' button...

and can find insider program refers pressing button... nothing.

any ideas?

backup data usb , remove usb before updating.

download build 15063 insiders site below , update.

visit https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windowsinsiderpreviewadvanced

download iso build 15063.

choose [x64 bit] or [x32 bit].

if not sure 1 right, click start, settings, system, about.

check system type, either 64-bit operating system or 32-bit operating system.

right-click open iso file explorer , run setup.exe new drive letter , update build 15063.

running setup.exe using windows update in save files & user details

but using iso instead.
