updated phone yesterday, os build 10.0.15063.297 update caused manage app sounds folder freeze. when tap manage app sounds see quick actions tiles have wait 30 secs before can move down allow see notifications below. i've noticed data usage folder isn't showing correct amount of data used , when goto set limit, tab can tap cancel nothing else allows access data limit etc cannot set. can addressed.
