when access microsoft community windows vista computer, able access older messages (in other words, none of entered in 2017 , not many of entered in 2016).  no links newer groups of messages shown.  can fixed?

note - i'm not sure i'll see replies unless problem fixed first.

i have computer using windows 10, have not yet found way make 1 reach microsoft community.
