when open camera plain green screen appears home buttons settings every thing appears same thing in lumia selfie

this may software or hardware issue, , we'll need isolate properly. don't worry, we'll figure out kindly provide following information:

  • what os build installed in phone? check, go settings > about > more info.
  • when did issue start?
  • is camera app updated?
  • are using more 1 camera app? if yes, same result using default camera app?
