Phone App Issues - Microsoft Community


i have photo's of contacts stored in outlook 2016. these replicated in people app on phone. i've noticed when select contact call, photo appears in "people" no longer gets presented in \phone app making call. photo should "x".

lumia 950 latest version of os. not 1 issue, have found others. presume bug. know fix please?

just check, did these issue photos on people app started after latest update?

if does, try perform reset. start with, press , hold power , volume down button 15 seconds. once phone vibrates, release hold , wait device finish rebooting.

afterwards, check if images appear same or if have reverted how used be.

let know if issue persists.
